These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of steppaffid.life and the interior design services offered by Steppaffid GmbH. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Website content is provided for general information. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant completeness. Portfolio images and project descriptions are representative; individual results vary by scope and site conditions.
Design services are provided under separate written agreements specifying scope, deliverables, fees in EUR, payment schedule, and revision rounds. Verbal representations are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
All quoted fees are in EUR unless otherwise stated. German VAT (19%) applies where required. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur statutory interest under § 288 BGB.
All designs, drawings, renders, and specifications remain the intellectual property of Steppaffid GmbH until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a licence to use deliverables for the specified project. Reuse for other locations requires separate agreement.
Clients must provide accurate site information, timely feedback, and necessary building permissions. Delays caused by client inaction may affect timelines and incur additional fees.
Liability is limited to foreseeable damages arising from intentional or grossly negligent breach. We are not liable for indirect losses, construction defects by third-party contractors, or permit delays. Mandatory liability under German law remains unaffected.
Project cancellation terms are defined in individual service agreements. Deposits for work already performed are non-refundable. Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers under Fernabsatzgesetz apply where applicable.
These Terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Berlin. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection jurisdictions apply.
