Detailed plans, 3D renders, lighting layouts, and material samples. Coordination with your architect or building manager for permit-relevant drawings.
Specification & Tender
Complete specification pack issued to vetted fit-out partners. We support tender review and contractor selection on your behalf.
Site Supervision
Regular site visits during construction. We flag deviations, approve material substitutions, and maintain communication between trades.
Handover & Aftercare
Snagging walkthrough, maintenance manual, and supplier warranty register. Optional quarterly check-ins during your first year of operation.
